You want to check the m+ & m- connectors
-
Just may be in the electronics, is it just the handheld or chest strap also?
-
Can be in the console or you could be getting outside interference which is causing numbers to be high.
-
You can see if the mcb is putting out any dc voltage when you are increasing the speed. Sounds like its a mcb
-
Its not on a GFCI circuit or a AFCI, because if so the treadmill will not run on those type of circuits
-
When was the last time you lube the belt & deck?
-
Sometimes the side rails are held in place with two way tape.
-
Good Luck, and make sure you keep belt & deck lube.
-
Sounds like you will need to replace both, and you should lube the deck every 6 months at least.
-
I would highly recommend a sole unit. I would also look into purchasing a extend warranty if the unit is new.
-
Sounds like it may be in the Motor controller but issue may be caused by worn running belt and a lack of lube, you give it very a of use and if this is your first time lubing the deck it may be to late.
-
Good luck
-
Sometimes they will exchange treadmill for a new one.
-
May be the drive belt that is slipping.
-
Sounds like it a lower board issue, I have attach some troubleshooting guides below.
-
DC Amp Draw Measure on the hot DC lead (usually red) going from the controller to the drive motor. If you have a simple multi-meter with a DC amp test setting the best way to test is to put the meter inline on the red motor lead with alligator clips…
-
I would take a amp draw reading with load and with out, also i would lube the belt and deck if not done already.
-
I would stick with the 2016 model for the money, but i would purchase the extended warranty 3 years or 4 years if they have it. Yes The extended warranty is worth it. Assembly is very easy and straight forward.
-
Sounds like you have a issue with overlay or console.
-
Anytime we can help please call us.
-
Sounds like it may be a issue in the console, you may want to check connections inside your upper console and then try unit again.
-
Belt is the correct size, but make sure the underside of the belt is rubbing on the guides, not the top or black part of belt. Also you can unscrew the guides on some units and then screw them back into the deck a little further apart.
-
Sounds like it may be in the membrane and those parts are N.L.A ,but you can try to take console apart unplug ribbon cable from membrane to console and clean connection and they plug it back in.
-
you can depanding when you got it, only can be swap with in 30 days of receiving the part.
-
If the speed sensor checks out okay and the fan is not broken that is going threw speed sensor, its sounds like it may be in the motor controller.
-
You may want to test your drive motor with either a 12v or 18 v battery and see if the motor will run on its own.
-
You try to recalibrate your new mcb.
-
Really don't have any other instructions to help you out, they are a bear to work on.
-
The low temps could damage the electonics
-
Go with the sole treadmill a much better unit all the way around and better customer service.
