Belt replacement on a Nordic Track ACT commercial pro?

Bought a belt and am wearing out the keyboard looking for a you tube video... =)

Anyone have a clue how to replace a belt on one of these? I have working with the belt on the right side.

I have the covers off and the fly wheel off. I just cannot figure out how to get at the rear axle...
