The control board is no longer available for that unit. Treadmill Rescue Kit Here is something that we design for customers who need a console but find the consoles are no longer available, works on any treadmill if the Drive Motor still works. …

I email you a service mnual to help you.

I would test motor to see if its bad or good first. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing
-
Could be a very worn walking belt that can cause that , try loosen the walking belt so it does not run when you start unit up, only motor and front roller should spin, if you still get a LS1 then its a controller.
-
What happens if you run unit without anyone on it, does it do the same thing?

Do you have the complete model number its located on a sticker down on the frame close to the floor when you fold unit up. Also you can look under the hood cover and there is a piece of paper inside a envelope that has the model number on the paper

Button maybe is worn out, you may need to replace keypad if available still. what is the serial off unit?
-
Sounds like it maybe a friction issue and I would think about replacing the belt or just try to lube it again and then lube soak into belt over night. If that does not help then replacing the running belt would be next. https://www.treadmilldoctor.c…

Its sounds like a upper console software failure, you would need to replace console if its available.

Sounds like you have a keypad issue.
-
Did you calibrate the unit after installing mcb, also it could be a weak ftive motor also.
-
Could be either a bad motor controoler or drive motor. test the drive motor with a 12v or 18v battery. If motor runs then you have a bad motor controller, if it does not spin then its a drive motor. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing

Sorry we do not carry those parts, not sure of anyone does carry the parts

congratulations

Mosst times there is a wiring diagram under the hood cover.
-
A worn walking belt will cause friction which makes motor and lower board to work that much harder and they start to heat up and the will either trip breaker or just shut off.
-
When does unit trip breaker, at start up etc? why do you think its a drive motor that is bad? Could be a worn walking belt.
-
very hard to say, could be a issue with either lower board or incline motor,
-
Sorry we do not handle those units, so i would contact the maker of treadmill.

You are welcome! You are doing great diagnosing! I would most likely agree with you on that mc board, however to be able to verify this you would need an amp meter, set it to 120V AC, and test the white and red wire and have hopefully some help to…

Hello. When a treadmill sits for a long time, it is always good to give it a tune up, cleaning is part of that, however that walk belt had lubrication on the underside initially, and this tends to dry after sitting for a period like 2 years. I wou…
