Good Morning, A power surge from my electric company fried my treadmill. Is there any way to check out what's wrong? Perhaps it just a fuse?

    Sounds like a controller went bad. Do you have the complete model number its located on a sticker down on the frame close to the floor when you fold unit up. Also you can look under the hood cover and there is a piece of paper inside a envelope that has the model number on the paper.

    Hello, My unit doesn't fold up. Also I don't see an envelope as you described. I see a serial number M0Y A 73733. Does that help?
