Cracked Frame on Nordictrack T7si

Hi All, new to the forum.

I have a Nordictrack T7si that has been trouble getting tension on the motor drive belt. After numerous unsuccessful belt swaps, our technician noticed the frame was cracked, which caused the problem.

The manual says the frame is under warranty for life (treadmill is probably ~5 years old). I plan to call Icon service on Monday to make the claim. Does anyone have any experience doing this? Will they send a replacement frame for me to reassumble? Or will they replace the treadmill.


I'm interested in anyone's similar experiences when making a claim. Thank you!
