Sound like the walking belt is worn out.
-
Just use manual mode. file:///C:/Users/jimvo/Downloads/PFTL89515.0-381847%20(1).pdf

Try Running unit without anyone on and see if unit will show a LS1, if it does not then you know you have a issue with friction which is caused by a worn out walking belt.
-
LS1 is a issue cause by a worn walking belt and overtime it will cause damage to the Motor controller.
-
below is a like for the correct belt and correct mylar kit plus a discount code. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/7100-r-walking-belt-model-nttl25510 https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/mylar-fixkit-19 Once you have added items to your Cart, and you are …

What is your order# and does your old drive belt have a size stamped on it
-
No we do not
-
sounds like the upper console may be the issue.
-
Could be coming from drive belt, you may want to check that.
-
Best thing to do is go to the stores and look at them and ask if you can make custom courses on your own.
-
Motor should spin when drive belt is hooked up, I would try a 12v battery or 18v battery, 9v may not be strong enough to move motor with drive belt in place.
-
Sounds like a bad motor, You don't have it plug into a arc fault circuit, if so ut will trip every time.
-
Sounds like it could be in the resistance motor.
-
That motor controller is bad, You also test your drive motor. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing
-
Sounds like maybe the walking belt is worn out causing high friction ,which will cause motor and lower board to overheat and shut down.
-
When you take the tension off drive motor the noise will sometimes go away.
-
I would remove hood cover and look inside and have some incline and decline unit to see whats making the sound.
-
You can not adjust or reset
-
sounds like a noisy motor.
-
Do you have the complete model number its located on a sticker down on the frame close to the floor when you fold unit up. Also you can look under the hood cover and there is a piece of paper inside a envelope that has the model number on the paper.
-
Hey - it sounds like something is loose inside! Here is a quick link to a few parts you can check to see if that is what is causing the noise... you can also do a quick video and post it and we can be of more help!

Enjoy
-
I would take hood cover off and look inside to see if drive belt is slipping and also check at the rear to see if one of the end caps where rear roller bolt goes threw may have cracked.
-
That would do it, you would have to purchase the exact same mcb and they are no longer available.
-
Sounds like the lower board has gome bad.
-
You can just use a scotch brite pad on both front and rear.
-
Sounds like it could be in the resistance motor,
-
Sorry , We do not have any info on the company that makes that, should say in the owners manual how to reset that.
-
Sorry we don't have anything that would work for that.
-
I would suggest to contact cybex on this issue.
