Nordic 6.5s bang sound on incline

My treadmill is only a couple months old. Upon incline change it masks a loud sound. Happens going up or down and about every three incline changes. Today it seemed to be louder.

    Hey - it sounds like something is loose inside!

    Here is a quick link to a few parts you can check to see if that is what is causing the noise... you can also do a quick video and post it and we can be of more help!

    I would remove hood cover and look inside and have some incline and decline unit to see whats making the sound.
