Sounds like a motor controller went bad, we do not sell those parts or repairthose parts. Not sure of anyone who carries those parts.

Could very well be a loose or worn running belt, or a loose drive belt . Also it may be a front roller pulley has broken loose. Attach is some helpful things you can try.

Sounds like a motor controller has gone bad, but you can test your motor to be sure. If you test motor and it spins it would be the Motor controller that would need to be replaced. www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing

No, You can remove the hood cover to expose the front roller ends and the side rails to expose the rear roller ends, then take your wd-40 with the spray straw and spray a little in each side when the noise begins.
