Broken End Cap - Proform 785 SS

The end cap on my Proform 785 SS is broken. The screw slipped through the hole on the back and the plastic near the roller is broken. Can this type of damage be repaired with the end cap repair kit or do I need to order a whole new end cap?

Also, this treadmill has a sheet of plastic between the deck and the walking belt. Do I apply lubricant between the belt and the plastic sheet?

    You can either purchase the repair kit or endcap in your case. You will need to apply the lube onto of the clear plastic between plastic and running belt.
