Swap the red and black wires on that motor and let me know if you get the same results
-
Check the wire harness for damage. A lot of times when these machines are moved the main wire harness gets damaged and can cause this issue

here is a video on how to remove the flywheel https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/flywheel-removal

That's great. I've seen a lot of people try this with no luck.
-
This is a failed motor controller. if you can get me the specific model number I should be able to get you a link for the replacement.

I would replace the motor first since it's know to not work from a battery. Then, the controller if it still doesn't work. The controllers output varies from about 15VDC @ .5 mph up to about 90+ or more at full speed with the motor connected. I've f…

it's likely you have more than 1 issue here

was the motor hooked up when you tested the controller voltage?
-
if the motor won't spin with a battery, then I'd replace the motor. Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin) https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/proform-525-ct-pftl496170-drive-motor-378730

You're lucky you were able to continue using the machine. Usually, after a static shock they normally don't respond at all. This is most likely going to needs a new console but I don't know where you're going to find one. Tunturi is out of business.
-
This is most likely a controller failure.. if you can get me the specific model number of the 5000 I'll see if we have the board available.
-
check to see if the console is set for metric or standard.
-
Can you get me the specific model number of the 1200?
-
this is most likely a failed motor controller and from video fsx2up, the belt sounds as if its too tight. I would also replace that belt.
-
This is most likely the motor controller, not the motor. can you get me the serial number of the machine?
-
This is one of the more difficult ones to work on and the diagram doesn't give much detail. Send me a picture looking down at the front roller, each side. send them to my email. kclay@treadmilldoctor.com

no, of the treadmill
-
send me the serial number of the machine and I'll check to see if the part is still available.
-
this may be the board in the console
-
Check the display cable for pinched or shorted wires
-
does is have the capability to connect?
-
is this machine connect to the internet?
-
1 drop is nowhere near enough. We recommend 1 oz per application. if there are fibers on the roller, that's another indicator that it's not getting enough lubricant. I would loosen that belt and thoroughly blow out under the belt and inspect it for …
