Front Roller Removal

I am unable to remove the front roller on my Pro-Form 585 tl low profile treadmill. The model number is PFTL42063. I am new to this forum and this may be a problem already discussed, but I would appreciate any response that might be helpful.

    This is one of the more difficult ones to work on and the diagram doesn't give much detail. Send me a picture looking down at the front roller, each side. send them to my email. kclay@treadmilldoctor.com
