what is the model number of the S22i?
-
it's most likely the walking belt. (its a friction issue) if you can get me the model number of the 520x I'll get you a link for the belt. Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

Do an amp draw test on the machine. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw I'm thinking it's a friction issue between the belt and deck causing this.
-
It's not really possible. while in some cases, the electronics will work, but the console mounting positions are not all the same. in other cases, the wire harness and lower board would have to be changed as well.
-
The drive belt; you want about 1/4 inch deflection on the drive belt. it should be relatively tight. lube; the silicon in that kit is fine but throw the wand away. most of the lube stays on the wand. just put the lube directly between the belt and d…

not always. try using the machine for a day or two to see if its working as it should.

The belt is most likely the issue here. Have you calibrated the new board yet? I would do that first to make sure it's running correctly
-
That is most likely a failed motor controller. do you have the serial number?
-
you might try fitnessgraveyard.com

here is a link for the replacement controller; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/image-15-5s-treadmill-motor-control-board-2 and Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

This sounds as if the replacement controller is suspect. can you get me the specific model number of the machine?
-
your best bet would be to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they have an update for the software/firmware. in my experience, this is caused by corrupted software in the console.

Have you checked our site for reviews? https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/treadmill-review-brand-index

just tighten it enough so that it doesn't slip. Generally, you want to be able to lift the edge of the belt about 2-3 inches half way between the front and rear rollers
-
yes, this is the controller. Give me a call @ 888-362-1105 x 330. I have these replacements available.

I would lube it just to be sure it has adequate lubrication
-
It's an upgraded board from the original one
-
you should. we send a tube of lube along with the belts and it should be used right away
-
I don't have a photo of the underside of the machine.
-
just wipe it down with a rag and then relubricate.

Here is a link for the controller; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/mc-2100-motor-control-board and I would make sure you lubricate the belt real good too. Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

That is a failed motor controller. Check on the motor controller and count the number of wires in the main wire harness. This will let me know if I have a motor controller for you.
-
if you can hear the motor, take the motor cover off and check it and the drive belt.
-
Have you replaced any parts prior to the error codes?
-
no, the controllers don't always have to be calibrated
-
There is no reset on this machine for the console. You'll have to reach out the manufacturer to see if they have a way to reinstall the app. Usually when this happens, the whole console is replaced.
