can you get me the specific model number of the SE9i?
-
Send me a short video of the machine when running so I can hear the noise. Send it to my email; kclay@treadmilldoctor.com
-
Thanks.
-
I would double check with Landice.
-
the l7 uses a 220j8 drive belt ; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/220j8-motor-drive-belt the deck in not flippable on this machine.
-
yes, we have them in stock Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)
-
it's called a motor controller and they are not interchangeable with other manufacturers.
-
ok, I got it. unfortunately, I don't have one like that available.
-
There is a red and blue.. use the blue in case you need to remove it in the future. Also, if that doesn't work, call me @ 888-362-1105 x 330
-
Try using a little loctite on the threads.
-
this sounds like the motor controller may have failed. Can you send me a picture of the motor controller? you can send it to my email. kclay@treadmilldoctor.com

How old is the machine? can you get me the serial number?
-
I don't have the brushes but what I would do is an amp draw test. This sounds as if there is just too much friction between the belt and deck. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw
-
Have you tried just cleaning the screen?
-
what is the model number of the S22i?
-
it's most likely the walking belt. (its a friction issue) if you can get me the model number of the 520x I'll get you a link for the belt. Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

Do an amp draw test on the machine. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw I'm thinking it's a friction issue between the belt and deck causing this.
-
It's not really possible. while in some cases, the electronics will work, but the console mounting positions are not all the same. in other cases, the wire harness and lower board would have to be changed as well.
-
The drive belt; you want about 1/4 inch deflection on the drive belt. it should be relatively tight. lube; the silicon in that kit is fine but throw the wand away. most of the lube stays on the wand. just put the lube directly between the belt and d…

not always. try using the machine for a day or two to see if its working as it should.

The belt is most likely the issue here. Have you calibrated the new board yet? I would do that first to make sure it's running correctly
-
That is most likely a failed motor controller. do you have the serial number?
-
you might try fitnessgraveyard.com

here is a link for the replacement controller; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/image-15-5s-treadmill-motor-control-board-2 and Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

This sounds as if the replacement controller is suspect. can you get me the specific model number of the machine?
-
your best bet would be to reach out to the manufacturer to see if they have an update for the software/firmware. in my experience, this is caused by corrupted software in the console.
