just wipe it down with a rag and then relubricate.

Here is a link for the controller; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/mc-2100-motor-control-board and I would make sure you lubricate the belt real good too. Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

That is a failed motor controller. Check on the motor controller and count the number of wires in the main wire harness. This will let me know if I have a motor controller for you.
-
if you can hear the motor, take the motor cover off and check it and the drive belt.
-
Have you replaced any parts prior to the error codes?
-
no, the controllers don't always have to be calibrated
-
There is no reset on this machine for the console. You'll have to reach out the manufacturer to see if they have a way to reinstall the app. Usually when this happens, the whole console is replaced.

Here is a link for the motor controller for that one. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/mc-2100-motor-control-board Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

This is a motor controller failure. do you have the specific model number of the xp620?

that sounds like a motor controller failure

that is a possibility

reebok in Spain is not the same as in the USA
-
the picture of the board you sent is a motor controller. it is a pcb (printed circuit board) but called a motor controller.
-
Well, what you are describing above sounds like a motor controller. you might reach out to the manufacturer there because the reebok here is incompatible with the one you have.
-
That makes sense now. are you sure the replacement boards are new? could they be reconditioned?
-
Where are you getting that board? This must be an old machine.
-
what is the model number of this machine?
-
This sounds as if the motor controller is having issues as it heats up.

I would start by isolating the parts that can make noise. Start by loosening the walking belt so that when you start the machine, the belt doesn't turn. That will isolate the rear roller. if the noise goes away, you know it's the rear roller. Then, …

it really doesn't help much. let me know when you get the multimeter results.

do an amp draw test. It's most likely too much friction between the belt and deck.https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw

we do have a padding and mylar kit for this one. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/deck-padding-kit Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

lubricating the belt is something that should be done every 6 months and you just lift the belt and lubricate in-between the belt and deck. the fact that there are fibers coming off the belt tells me I needs to be replaced.
-
replacing the belt is the best option. from there, just keep it lubricated.
-
I don't have any of these available.
-
no, they wear out over time

The membranes are available. They are 39.99 each for the left and right and 59.99 for the center. You'll have to call me to order them. 888-362-1105 x 330

Glad to hear it. Keep that walking belt lubricated. 9 times out of 10, a worn or dry walking belt causes increased friction which causes those boards to fail. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/premium-lube-10-1-oz Here is a code you can use on the che…

an amp draw test will reveal a lot. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw
