Nordictrack 1750 stops after 30 minutes

My 1750 slows down and stops, not consistently, after about 30 minutes of running. My wife can get more time, but it eventually does the same thing. No error codes, the belt is not too tight, and I just lubed the deck according to Nordictrack specs. I'm looking for a starting point to solve the problem; Nordictrack CS was worthless.
