we do have a padding and mylar kit for this one. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/deck-padding-kit Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 5% discount (5offkevin)

lubricating the belt is something that should be done every 6 months and you just lift the belt and lubricate in-between the belt and deck. the fact that there are fibers coming off the belt tells me I needs to be replaced.
-
replacing the belt is the best option. from there, just keep it lubricated.
-
I don't have any of these available.
-
no, they wear out over time
-
The membranes are available. They are 39.99 each for the left and right and 59.99 for the center. You'll have to call me to order them. 888-362-1105 x 330

Glad to hear it. Keep that walking belt lubricated. 9 times out of 10, a worn or dry walking belt causes increased friction which causes those boards to fail. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/premium-lube-10-1-oz Here is a code you can use on the che…

an amp draw test will reveal a lot. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw

it's time for a new walking belt. do you have the model number of the 910?
-
yes https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/Treadmill-Doctor-Rescue-Kit and here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 10% discount. (10offkevin)

The belt is usually the culprit for a high amp draw. But before you purchase it, check the surface of the deck. It should be smooth and slippery. if there are any cracks, blisters, or anything that would increase the friction, I would replace it too.…
-
If that walking belt is more than 8 years old, I would consider replacing it as soon as possible
-
it's unlikely the wiring is bad unless you've moved the machine. if the console lights up, the transformer is ok.
-
The one for your machine uses a different board. you'll have to call for that one.
-
if you don't have any luck with the console I have one other option. see;

289.99 for the controller and 169.99 for the belt.
-
try lubricating the walking belt. sounds as if there is too much friction between the belt and deck.
-
I can usually get them. what is the serial number of the machine?
-
This is a failed motor controller and it's usually caused by a worn walking belt
-
1, the other ends of the ribbon cables go directly to the buttons and there's no connections there. 2. I can get the handle bars. they are 69.99 each but the console is no longer available. 3. you might try fitnessgraveyard.com. it's very unlikely t…

The only thing that can be done at this point is to replace the console

Test the motor first; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing

the ground is not necessary on the new board.
-
I would reach out to them and have them send another. What you are describing is a motor controller failure.
-
actually, I've seen this many times. it's a software issue with the upper board and unfortunately, NT doesn't support it any more. The only way I can help is with our Treadmill Rescue Kit.
-
check the voltage going to the motor as it slows down or bogs. if the voltage drops off, replace the controller. if the voltage stays the same but the belt slows, replace the motor. Amp draw seems ok. Here is a code you can use on the checkout page …

Where did you get the sensor and lower board? They have been out of business for years. I would say the motor controller is the issue, not the upper board.
