Sounds like the motor controller is Bad.
-
Its in the console, you can try to unplug the ribbon cable clean the end with contact cleaner and then try it again.
-
Yes they are $199.99 plus $6.99 shipping. All I need are the measurement of the deck- length x width x thickness and if you have any cut outs at the front of the deck. (Example 5 1/2" in from each side and 2 3/4" down from the front edge. call me at…

-
Sounds like your belt & deck may be worn out, when was the last time you lube the belt & deck?
-
When you press the start button the the time on console start to count up? If not then its a problem with console.
-

What is the model number of your treadmill?
-
Reinstall it the same way you took it out of your treadmill.
-
Have you taken a amp draw test on the unit. www.treadmilldoctor.com/dc-amp-draw

When you took the motor apart, did it seem like there was a lot of resistance when pulling the commutator out if not sounds like the magnets may be shoot.
-
Sounds like you need a new drive motor.
-
You can purchase a aftermarket running belt.
-
Should be able to twist drive belt back and fourth at about a 45 degrees know more or less
-
That tells me that your drive belt (D) needs to be tighten down more.
-
When the running belt stops, does the front roller stop and does the pulley on front roller continue to spin or does that stop spinning also. The reason I ask is that the front roller pulley should spin when roller does and not spin when roller is st…

When stepping on the belt and the front roller stops and so doe the drive belt , does drive motor also stop or does it continue to spin?
-
I would contact true, but it sounds like a stuck key on the membrane.
-
Good solid unit, not sure when it was last made.
-
No you would have to replace the entire rear roller itself.
-
The motor controller is down by your feet under the hood cover with the motor, what model treadmill do you have.
-
Alright, when you press the start button on console does your time start to count up, if it does then you are looking at a motor controller that needs to be replace. But if the time does not start to count up then its a console issue.
-
The unit has sealed bearing in the rollers , so they cannot be lube.
-
I don't think its a fuse, make sure you have the safety key install on console.
-
Display did not switch over into metric mode did it?
-
Never heard of that brand Treadmill.
-
Replace front roller
-
I would replace the front bearings or entire front roller and see if that helps.
-
May need to adjust walking belt at the rear, or may need to lube the belt.
-
Its a average price for that unit , I would try for $200 even
