NordicTrack c900i-Makes noise-Lubricant?

I bought a c900i used. It runs, but makes noise. I think it might need to be lubricated.
I bought ICON Lubricant. When I checked the owners manual to see just how to apply it the manual said the belt is pre-lubricated.
I see no sign of lubricant. The previous owner had this under a carport.
Any suggestions on how to get this lubricant under the belt would be appreciated.

    Update_ I just isolated the noise to the front roller. I wonder if there is a way to take that off and lubricate it.

    no way to take front roller apart, you may need to purchase a front roller.
