I can't find the fuse!

I have a Trojan Stamina 300 treadmill. It has been in storage for a long time. I took it out and cleaned it properly. I plugged it in and switched on, but nothing happened. I am wondering if the fuse had blown, but for the life of me I can't find it! Can someone please help.

    I don't think its a fuse, make sure you have the safety key install on console.
