let us know how you made out, after installing 2nd motor.
-
Sounds like you are over heating the lower board or Motor, when was the last time you lube the underside of the belt.
-
Sounds like you have a issue with your motor and most likely the walking belt will also need to be replaced and lube every 6 months.
-
I figured it out. The PWM line controlling the motor was shorted to ground. Fixed the cable and machine works great now. Hopefully this may help others.
-
Did you recalibrated new motor controller?
-
Yes, I wouldn't use it any more until you replace the walking belt and lube the belt every 6 months. You can always call me at 888 362 1105 ext 331

Treadmill, recumbent bike , upright bike which one?
-
You always disconnect the incline motor, and then turn tube nut counterclockwise a few turns and then reinstalled incline motor.
-
Could be worn out walking belt, if you let unit run by itself with on one on it will it still blow the fuse?
-
sounds like you have a bad motor controller.
-
Sorry we don't have any info on those units and parts are no longer available.
-

-
Sorry we don't have those.
-
You would have to Google it.
-
Send in a picture of your motor mount and I will see if we have one.
-
The incline motor has no fluid inside it, its worth fixing they are good unit.
-
Not really , besides replacing the motor controller.
-
Sounds like motor is making the noise.
-
Maybe adjust speed sensor down below, so sensor is closer to magnet on front roller.

Enjoy.

Replace the power switch-on/off button.
-
Sounds like a upper console issue, you may want to contact life fitness.
-
The SB indicates a stuck button. You should go over each button with the palm of your hand.
-
I would lube underneath your running belt at least every 6 months. Also adjust your running belt.
-
Sounds like you may have a few issues, one a worn running belt and 2nd a motor controller that is overheating.
