X7i Incline Problem

I just recently replaced the incline motor on our NordicTrack X7i. Ran the calibration, but the zero setting is not near level. More like -1 or -2. I have to set the incline to level 5 for the treadmill deck to be near level.

Is it possible I missed a step when installing the incline motor? Any suggestions would be helpful.

    You always disconnect the incline motor, and then turn tube nut counterclockwise a few turns and then reinstalled incline motor.
