C2450 Drive Issues

What holds the belt from moving on an incline. If I put my treadmill to a 15% incline and just stand on it I roll right off the back of it. Also If you try to run up an incline it has no friction. If the speed is at 2mphand you try to walk up the incline it is like the motor free wheels and you have to start running.

    Could be a issue with in the motor it self.

    We replaced the motor and control board. This is a new certified unit I just bought. I tried 3 other units at a 15% incline that do not do this. You an stand on the belt and it does not move with the unit off. Mine with the unit off if you stand on the belt you just slide down the ramp.
