Sounds like a worn out walking belt and also maybe a weak drive motor.

Good luck with it

Sounds like a lack of lube under the walking belt, you should be lubing belt every 6 months. LUBE DECK
-
may need to tighten drive belt
-
Sounds like maybe the front pulley has broken loose, causing walking and drive belt to slip. Try doing a white test on front roller pulley
-
That is pretty normal, its most likely a 1 ply belt and the do do that, nothing to worry about.
-
GOOD LUCK
-
I would really think about changing that, if your using unit and that drive belt fails you could get really hurt.
-
I don't know of any third partys that sell those parts.
-
could be a belt guide rubbing the top part of belt.
-
ADJUST TENSION ON BELT ALIGNING BELT
-
white lithium grease, you can buy it at lowes or home depot
-
I don't have any instructions , but you may want to lube the incline arms/rack assembly anywhere the its mount but moves.
-
Could be in the incline rack, you may want to lube the pivots points with lube.
-
You would need to replace the motor controller then.
-
The console for the x11i would be $847.89 plus $31.99 shipping and uses the same wire harness. to order you would need to call 888362 1105 ext 331

Shows how to take unit apart so you can see if issue is with deck

neither part is no longer available.

REPLACING WALKING BELT
-
Could be either a motor controller or Drive motor that is shorted out, I would unplug Drive motor from lower board and see if it still trips breaker. If you still trips breaker then the lower board is bad and would need to be replaced.
