You will need to replace the entire rollers , bearing will not come out without damaging rollers.

I would first I would apply belt lube under the running belt at least twice a year and you may also need to adjust the running belt at the rear of treadmill.

Sounds like its in the incline motor itself, That incline motor is no longer available from nordictrack.

Sounds like a console issues, something on console is going bad. You may want to unplug the ribbon cable that goes from keypad and plugs into console, clean the end with contact cleaner and then reinstall.

You should be able to push that shaft far enough to one side so you can pull up on that side and then roller should come out.

How often have you lube the belt & deck on treadmill, what happens if you start unit up and run it with no one on it ,does it still shut down?

Sounds like you need to get correct safety key and it could be a bad mcb, we would need to get complete model number of the treadmill to help you out more.
