PRO FORMA TREADMILL NOT WORKING. IS THERE A RESET BUTTON

THE TREADMILL PANEL LIGHTS UP BUT THE BELT WON'T MOVE. INCLINE WORK. IT ISN'T MAKING ANY NOISE AT ALL. I HAVE PRESSED ALL THE BUTTONS BUT NOTHING HAPPENS

    When you press the start button the the time on console start to count up? If not then its a problem with console.
