Pro form ZT8 shorts when speed is increased

in Treadmill Problems
I turn on the treadmill just fine, but when I increase the speed it jolts the motor slightly, my UPS in the room kicks on, and the lights flicker and the treadmill doesn't move. The control panel thinks it's moving, but it's not doing anything. I've replaced the motor control board and the motor to no avail. This started after I was walking on it and it just stopped on me.

Anyone have any other ideas?
