Would need complete model number off unit.
-
That console is no longer available for that unit.
-
I would need the complete model number off your unit to see if console is available.
-
Sounds like you have a bad motor.
-
Sounds like you have a issue with your console.
-
You will need to replace walking belt for the one issue, So the console has no lights but unit still runs?
-
I would contact Horizon, because we never heard of that code before.
-
I would try a larger bevel edge.
-
You can try loosen the drive motor bolts some to give you some play.
-
Are you sure the motor controller you purchase is good? You can use a voltmeter and see if mcb is putting out any voltage to motor when you start it up and increase the speed.
-
The 3.5 hp is fine to use , you just need to replace it, I have seen 4 hp motors burn up also.
-
What is the complete model number off treadmill?
-
I would try to tighten it just a little more.
-
Try to lube real well and let it sit overnight so lube can soak into belt and then try it the next day.
-
Yes we have the decks, all we would need is the size of the old deck and we custom make them in our warehouse.
-
Could be a console issue, If you have a voltmeter you can check to see if you are getting 8 to 12vdc on the red wire & the black wire. If you are then the console is bad and if you arent't then mcb is bad.
-
They sold you the wrong deck thickness, so the best thing is bevel the entire front edge of deck enough that belt does not rub against front edge when it comes off roller, you may have to do that same at the rear of deck also.
-
The reason the belt is making so much noise it that because the deck is thicker then the old one the belt will rub on the front edge of deck which will wear your belt over time. Your old deck was 3/4" and the new one is 1" thick. If you are handy yo…
-
Could be either a motor or motor controller, if its a new unit I would contact nordictrack.
-
You can see if you are getting proper voltage on the Black wire and the red wire , you should be getting anywhere from 8vdc to 12 vdc on the black & red wires on the main harness coming up to console.
-
New belt will be noisy at first ,then it will go away. ALIGNING BELT
-
Sorry we don't have those any longer.
-
All you do is remove rear roller bolts and then the screws that hold endcap in place. Then you reverse the steps to install it.
-
May need to tighten deck down.

Sole F63 (563888) Calibration procedure: 1) Remove the safety key 2) Press and hold down the Start and Fast (speed up) buttons with one hand and replace the safety key with the other. Continue to hold the Start and Fast key until the window displays…
-
Sorry we do not have anyone in that area.
-
I would check the wire connections to console and to motor controller, take the hood off down below and see if you have a lights lite. Also is your outlet controlled by a switch?
-
Sounds like a stuck button on console ,so unit will not operate, those parts are no longer available\
-
Not sure what those codes stand for. do you have the safety key in place?
-
In the calibration procedure does your drive motor run?
