Try lubricating the walking belt. if that doesn't help I would be looking at replacing the controller.

Congratulations

Congratulations everyone

Congratulations

it can be returned but must be done within 30 days. Try recalibrating it. That may solve this issue. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-controller-instructions
-
Not all have that slot. Some use a USB too. Does this machine connect to wifi?
-
This sounds like the deck could be the issue.
-
a good way to start is to locate the transformer connections on the lower board. There should be an input and an output. Disconnect the output and check to see if you have 12vdc coming out of the transformer. The machine must be plugged in and power…
-
That seems a little high. what are you using to lubricate the belt/deck? and how much lube are you using?
-
No, it's not common for the belt to wear out that fast. let me know what the amp draw test results are.
-
it shipped on the 3rd. it should be there Wednesday this week
-
what is your order number?
-
I would start by lubricating the belt/deck https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/premium-lube-10-1-oz Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 10% discount (10offkevin)
-
There may be a calibration needed. can you get me the serial number of the treadmill?
-
Try lubricating the walking belt first. if that doesn't help then that belt should be replaced. (how long does it run before it shuts down?)
-
SB most likely means stuck button. there is no reset on this. Try massaging around all the buttons to see if you can get it to relax. if there are handle bar buttons, check them too.

You're welcome

here is a link for the controller; https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/NordicTrack-C-700-Treadmill-Motor-Control-Board-419478 and Here is a code you can use on the checkout page for a 10% discount (10offkevin)

this is a failed motor controller. can you get me the specific model number of the c700?
-
you are correct in leaving the red jumper in place.
-
on each side, there will be a screw coming up from the bottom. if you gently lay it on its side you'll be able to see the screws. they'll be in a recess hole.
-
I would reach out to ICON. their website still lists a console reprogramming SD card. 376027 CNSL REPROG MICRO SD CARD it is currently listed as out of stock but I would reach out to them anyway. The only other option I have is our Treadmill Rescue …
-
Usually this means that the console needs to be replace. Seems there is a software/firmware issue. can you get me the model number? I'll check for an update for this one.
-
good luck
-
I see this a lot with these. try this, make sure all bluetooth devices and wifi devices that are near the machine are all off except for the treadmill and your main wifi.

You're welcome

This does sound like that lower board
-
have you disconnected on end of the incline motor and tried it?
-
This sounds as if there is a software issue with the console. does this machine have a SD card slot or USB slot on it?
