congratulations

I would not use the lithium. it's thicker until it heats up and doesn't provide the same lubrication as the silicone. The unit is overheating because of the friction between the belt and deck. I would suggest replacing the belt and lubricating with …

congratulations

can you take the motor cover off? We need to find out where the power is stopping.
-
can you get me the model number of the x5?
-
Great, if you need anything else just let us know.
-
Congratulations Erik!
-
Ok. just let me know if you have any other questions.
-
I would try that first. How old is the machine? It could be a friction issue between the belt and deck. The only other thing I can think of is a bad connection in the wiring somewhere. I don't think the controller is bad.
-
Have you lubricated the walking belt?
-
Is it in a program or manual? Is she using it right after you're done using it?
-
can you get me the specific model number of the 5000?
-
you'll need to replace the whole console on this. the individual parts like the actual board is no longer available from the manufacturer
-
can you describe the symptoms? I'm thinking this is a motor controller failure.
-
yes, you'll need access to the top and bottom sections and you'll need a multi-meter set to resistance/ohms. You're checking for shorts between the wires or between wires and ground.
-
what is the model number of your machine?
-
the controller has failed. can you get me the serial number?

When you press the start button that light on the motor controller should start to flash. Double check the wire harness for a damaged wire.
-
you would need to replace the whole assembly
-
how much time between the 2 pushes of the incline button
-
I would use it right away
-
That is from the speakers. The only way to make that go away is to disconnect the speakers. the original board, which is no longer available is a 12W board, the replacement board is an upgraded board and it is a 30W board.

I'll need the specific model number of the A2350
-
They use the same board.
