precor 932i/946i speed buttons not working

so I bought a new overlay, but don't know how to disassemble the console to remove the old flex cable and attach the new one - in particular, I don't know what type of screw heads are used as they're buried in the long driver holes! Thank you!

    They are most likely Torx bit fasteners. if not, they'll be Phillips head screws.
