Troubleshooting Pro Energy AC3170

My Pro Energy AC3170 treadmill stoppet working and shows the error code ER4. Anyone know what this is? Have searched the internet, but not found anyhing useful.

    can you describe the symptoms? I'm thinking this is a motor controller failure.
