This is a failed motor controller. Can you get me the model number of the T10?
-
no, the manufacturer doesn't make them available.
-
The console is available. give me a call @ 888-362-1105 x 330
-
Have you verified voltage to the console?
-
Try tightening/adjusting the walking belt.
-
Congratulations

give me a call @ 888-362-1105 x 330 with the dimensions. Length, width, and thickness
-
can you take a short video and send it to my email? kclay@treadmilldoctor.com

this could be as simple as a worn walking belt. do you keep it lubricated? how old is the belt?
-
Congratulations
-
it needs a new console

unloaded = 5 A, loaded = 11 A. This is a little high. does the motor get hot after use? typically, you can hold your hand on the motor after its used. it'll be warm but not hot.

What does the surface of the deck look like/feel like? is it slippery and smooth or are there grooves in it?
-
I think what they mean is they just don't support it any more.
-
I've seen this before with these machines. the only way is to replace the console.
-
I really don't think this is the controller. This is a software/firmware issue with the console/display.
-
Congratulations
-
Lubricate the walking belt real good and check the amp Draw again.
-
do you have a serial number?
-
There is something going on with the console or the buttons.
-
can you check it with a multi meter? it doesn't take much to cause issues with those tiny wires.
-
Check for damage to the wire harness
-
they are 299.99 you can order 1 by calling me at 888-362-1105 x 330
-
Start by checking the wire harness for damage.
-
I would use mineral spirits to clean the deck and then re-lube with World Famous Lube or the premium walking belt lube. no wax, use a water based silicone for treadmills.
-
Congratulations

sounds like more than 1 issue here. Motor and motor controller. your only option with the motor is to have it rebuilt. I do have the motor controllers. you might find a used motor at fitnessgraveyard.com
-
you might try fitnessgraveyard.com . If they don't have it we have a Treadmill Rescue Kit that will work. https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/Treadmill-Doctor-Rescue-Kit If you have any questions just let me know.
