Nordictrack Commercial 1500 no power

in Treadmill Problems
Sunday the treadmill was working fine.
Monday morning when I put in the key-NOTHING. NO console display or anything.
Negative results from completing the troubleshooting steps in the manual.
Nordictrack support isn't a help as they require a registered product.
HELP!

    can you take the motor cover off? We need to find out where the power is stopping.
