You will need to remove the side rails to get access to the deck bolts.
-
Its a bad incline motor, and that part is no longer available.
-
You can try to tighten deck down some ,it may be loose.
-
That sounds like maybe a bad Motor controller.
-
I would take a amp draw test. DC Amp Draw Measure on the hot DC lead (usually red) going from the controller to the drive motor. If you have a simple multi-meter with a DC amp test setting the best way to test is to put the meter inline on the red m…

Sounds like there is a short in the Motor controller.
-
Does just the running belt stops, or does the drive motor and drive belt and front roller also stops?
-
They should be on a 20 amp dedicated line.
-
If you need help purchasing the part just give us a call.
-
found rollers at www.sportsmith.net front roller is $145.00 & rear is $260.00
-
I would test motor with a 12v or 18v battery to see if it spins, if the motor works then its a new motor controller you are looking at. www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing

You have a Bad Motor controller
-
I would test motor with a 12v or 18v battery, just inplug motor leads from lower board and touch them to battery if motor spins its a mcb and if not its a motor.
-
Sounds like its a motor controller

U2 Means user 2. That unit has up to 5 users that can store information. If you press the start button nothing happens then its in the console.
-
Take the hood cover off and see if any lights on lit on the lower mcb, When you press the start button on console will the time start to count up. If it does then it could be a motor controller, but if time does not start to count up then its a cons…

Those parts are no longer available.

Have you applied lube under the running belt onto the mylar? That should be done about every 6 months.
-
Err Code 22 - (Bad Scr) Indicates malfunction of the circuitry that controls motor speed. 1. Bypass the wire harness between the control panel circuit board and the power supply circuit board with a spare wire harness. If the error is corrected, ins…

Happy Holidays

No because you most likely has a 1 ply belt on unit and then purchase a 2 ply belt from us.
-
I would remove hood cover and see if unit still squeaks, also make sure the deck is not cracked. Also make sure noise is not coming from your incline rack that supports treadmill, may need to lube the pivot points on frame.
-
Only thing you can do is shave down the plastic so belt does not rub.
-
Those covers protech bearing from getting dust & dirt into them, cutting them off will create a bigger issue. Those rollers are NLA .
-
I would apply belt lube under the running belt www.treadmilldoctor.com/world-famous-lube-buy-one-get-one-free
-
I would highly recommend that you lube running belt every 6 months of use. www.treadmilldoctor.com/world-famous-lube-buy-one-get-one-free
-
Sorry we do not have the wiring diagram for the board.
-
Sounds it could be a problem with the mcb, you may want to recalibrate it and see if that helps. www.treadmilldoctor.com/icon-calibration-mc2100
-
You can use a voltmeter set at vdc and put your leads on where the drive motor leads plug in normally red & black and see if voltage drops to 0 when unit just stops on you.
-
Sounds like your motor controller is going bad.
