Smoothfitness 5.25 U2 error messsage on main screen

Hi, I purchased a smoothfitness 5.25 treadmill second hand. I pulled it in, the screen works but the belt won’t start and the display has U2 on it. I’ve googled and can not figure out what the issue is. Does anyone know?

    U2 Means user 2. That unit has up to 5 users that can store information. If you press the start button nothing happens then its in the console.
