LUBE DECK
-
I would lube the walking belt first, then you may want to see if its in the incline rack, try using unit at different levels of incline and see if that changes anything.
-
Try to lube the walking belt and see if that helps.
-
Test the motor and if that works then its a motor controller.
-
Does it only squeak when you are on it, so if you ran unit with no one on it it will not squeak? If that is the case it could be in the incline rack or even in the deck, incline rack may need the pivot points lube and the deck may need to be tighten…
-
When you press start button does the time start to count up?
-
That's the way they are suppose to be, everything looks good, no need for concern.
-
Enjoy
-
Do you have serial number off your unit?
-
That part # is 301811
-
sounds like a controller to me.
-
Those unit will be loud.
-
Sounds like a console issue and they are no longer available.
-
When you press the start button does time start to count up on console? If it does not then you have a console issue.
-
Could be in console and those parts are no available any longer. Is the safety key in place?
-
Have you tested drive motor--https://www.treadmilldoctor.com/motor-testing
-
They use a DC motor not a AC motor, so a lower line of the treadmill brand.
-
Haven't heard anything about them good or bad.
-
I would recommend to lube the belt every 6 months. They actually have change that and now they also sell lube for all the gold gym treadmills.
-
Sounds it may need walking belt replaced.
-
When you replace the motor controller did you recalibrate treadmill?
-
Yes I would still use one.
-
Sounds like you need to replace console also ,all issues are caused by static electricity.
-
Sounds like you will need a new walking belt.
-
surge protector won't stop that issue, you may want to think on plugging treadmill into a outlet that does not have your refrigerator on it.
-
Sounds you still need to replace the display board and may need to lube under the walking belt to stop the static electricity.
-
You have a short in the lower board and would need to replace that .
-
No need to lube anything except the belt & deck.
