motor belt pulls to the inside pulley connected to roller which is squeaking and wearing the side of the belt

It could be that pulley has come loose and is not in line with pulley on drive motor, what model treadmill is it?

hello ....it's f/63 sole ..i put some dry soap on belt and the squeaking stopped ...

The dry soap won't last, you may want to replace drive belt.
