Life Fitness 95X Touchscreen

My Life Fitness 95X Touchscreen has had issues for months and has progressively gotten worse. I can barely get the "Quick Start" button to work.

I recently order a replacement touchscreen and reinstalled, but am having similar issues where the Touch Screen only sporadically responds to touch.

Any suggestions on what else it could be?
