finding NORDITRACK 2450 COMMERCIAL REPLACEMENT SAFETY KEY

Hi, I am having an incredibly tough time finding a replacement safety key for a circa 2019-2020 NORDITRACK 2450 COMMERCIAL treadmill. We have ordered several replacement keys off of amazon that did not work and claimed to be universal. Please help.

    Do you have the complete model number its located on a sticker down on the frame close to the floor when you fold unit up. Also you can look under the hood cover and there is a piece of paper inside a envelope that has the model number on the paper.
