I have a Nordic Track C2000 NTL1084. The console powers up OK but when we start the belt it starts fast for less than a second and stops. Then the console shuts down and restarts. I went to follow the troubleshooting instructions but they say to hold the stop and speed button then insert the key. Which key are they talking about ? I have 10 keys for the belt speed plus a + sign and a - sign.
