Someone from iFit suggested I check the brushes... thought it was a long shot... Anyway the board is on its way to the Treadmill Doctor in Wales now!

OK, found the brush covers on the sides of the motor. Brushes were fine!

The controller is an Icom MC5100EDS-50W-V1. The Treadmill is a X9i model NETL29714.0

Motor runs fine on 12v DC at 2.3A.

The 2 flashes on the controller LED isn't telling me anything useful? Not worth checking the FETs/IGBTs?
