When you press the buttons on the console do the buttons beep at you?

carefully give that little fan a push with your finger as you're trying to increase the incline. Sometimes that will free up the motor.
-
That's the controller.

just by ruling out the motor and other parts. The fact that it runs tells us the motor is fine. and the console too because it responds. but when the belt slows to a stop and the motor stops too, that tells me the controller is able to supply the mo…

check to verify that the sensor is about an 1/8 of an inch away from the magnet on the front pulley and verify that the magnet is still in place.

I have and I have not been able to find parts for them

Congratulations Seth.

This is most likely from a high amp draw situation between the belt and deck. This causes the electronic components to overheat. you will most likely need a new walking belt and a new motor controller. if you can get me the serial number I'll get yo…

turn off all the wifi and bluetooth devices nearby and then try rebooting it a couple times. I want to eliminate all possibilities of interference.
-
there are 2 small potentiometers on the motor controller. Locate the one that is labeled "tach". Turn it about 1/8 of a turn and then try the machine.

Congratulations Don!
