Treadmill for elderly lady

My mum wants a treadmill for Christmas. When I looked on facebook marketplace I was overwhelmed by too many makes and models!
What would be easy to use, suit a 75 year old and be around $100 - $200 secondhand?

    I couldn't really tell you, anything under $200.00 is such a large range of units.
