NordicTrack NTL14119.5 No Power at Console

I recently moved my wife's treadmill to our new house, but it is not working. I've opened everything up to check for loose connections and do not see anything obvious. Here is a video of how it looks:

    I would see if you have dc voltage up on the main wire harness between red & black wire you should have 8 to 12 vdc. If you don't have the voltage then its a bad motor controller and if you do have the proper voltage its a console.
