Changing Bearings

I don't have a press machine for installing my new bearings. I'm thinking of using a hot and cold technique where I heat the bearings and freeze the armature (shaft). However, I wonder if it's fine to leave the armature in the freezer overnight. I appreciate your advice. Thanks.

    Most times you don't have to go to all that work to replace bearing onmost motors.

    If I understand correctly, I can use the heat (bearings around 150f/5min) and cold (armature in freezer for a few hours) techniques, but they are not always required. Thanks for the advice.
