Proform 760EKG burning up electric choke motors

Belt has been well maintained and kept lubricated and deck is clean and in great shape. Began smelling electrical burning smell, turned out was the electric choke motor which I replaced but replacement eventually began to burn up too. Replaced the drive motor and the Motor Controller Part 128957 as well. Treadmill seems to have a bit of a speed control issue now since motor controller was replaced. I can feel the speed slightly getting faster then slower and at about 45 min time of use I can begin to smell choke motor heating up again. Not sure where to go from here. Any suggestions are welcome.
