Precor 9.31

Hi there,

I just bought a lightly used treadmill, Precor 9.31, from someone who had been storing it in a warehouse. She swore that it ran fine the last time they used it (a few years ago). I set it up, plugged it in, flipped on the on switch, and lo-and-behold it started right up!

Problem was, as it turned on, it completely started tilting itself off to the left! The entire right side of the treadmill just lifted itself right up off the ground. It was like one side of it was inching, and the other wasn't! I told the woman, she was aghast, and sent me my $45 with which I purchased the treadmill.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I would lay unit over on its side and look at the incline frame and see if anything is broken, could be a simple as a wheel or it could be a cracked weld on the incline frame.
