PaceMaster Gold Elite w/error code 133

in Treadmill Problems
The treadmill err code 133 is showing and I checked the cable per the owners manual. It will not run but is getting power. What else could the issue be? Thank you.

    Error 133 Command Timeout
    The controller did not receive a response to a command within 0.5 seconds.
    1. replace harness
    2. replace lower board (we do not have this part any longer for sale.
