Self lubricating belt on proform 585qs

Do you ever need to lubricate or change a self lubricating running belt. Can you update belt to a regular belt that needs to be lubricated and start also doing the deck as well.

Also, the belt is not worn or frayed, there are 406 miles on the treadmill and 136 hours. Should the running belt be changed or just lubricate the deck. Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.
