AFG 3.5AT treadmill incline issue

Hello - In normal operation each step up in incline is moving up/down only by about 1/2 what it should i.e. max going to ~5%. In engineering mode we can see the max elevation works correctly (~10%). Could this be a calibration issue? How do we calibrate the incline on this AFG treadmill? Thanks!

Thanks for that suggestion. The key combination in the article didn't work on the AFG/Horizon treadmill. We got it into engineering mode with a Speed down/Incline up and it showed Eng2. We were able to calibrate speed but not the incline - pressing the incline up/down button didn't do anything in this mode. We tried a couple of times. Any other thoughts?
