Treadmill will not operate. Reset to factory settings. Still getting 65003

display tablet shows Part Nbr 392791 Version Nb r 80.34 no clue. Reviewed user manual online. No codes listed.

No clue next steps

    You may have to reinstall the software by purchasing a CNSL REPROG THUMB DRIVE and they are $96.55. To order please call me 888-362-1105 then enter Ext 331 and ask for Jim.

    Hello Richied46, Did you get this resolved? I got the same error on my Norditrack 1750.
